Terms of Use

By using Miago, you agree to these terms. Miago helps anyone taking a kid out to eat find restaurants with verified kid-friendly amenities. It is free to use.

Who can use Miago

Miago is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Miago. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and babysitters are all welcome.

Your account

You can sign in with Google, Apple or email. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us at info@getmiago.com if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account any time in the app, on the Saved tab.

Restaurant information

Where our restaurant information comes from. The restaurant details in Miago, such as hours, menus, kid-friendly features, and tips, come from the restaurants themselves, including their websites, social pages, phone calls, and information their owners and staff send us directly, as well as from our own visits and reports by Miago users.

We work hard to confirm each amenity before we show it, but restaurants change their hours, menus, deals and equipment. Information in Miago may be out of date. Please call the restaurant to confirm before you go. If something is unconfirmed, we leave it out instead of saying it isn't there. If you see something wrong, tell us at info@getmiago.com and we will fix it.

Links to other websites. Miago links to outside websites, such as restaurant menus, ordering pages, and maps. We do not own or control those sites. Their content and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

Maps and directions. When you tap "Get directions," Miago opens an outside maps app on your phone, such as Apple Maps or Google Maps. Use of that app is covered by its own terms and privacy policy, for example the Google Maps Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Trademarks. Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners. Miago is not affiliated with or endorsed by the restaurants listed.

Photos and tips you share

When you send Miago a photo or a tip, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it does not show children or identifiable people. You give Miago permission to review it, edit it for size, and show it in the app, including on a restaurant's page. You keep ownership of what you send. We may decline or remove anything at our discretion. You can ask us to remove a photo you sent by emailing info@getmiago.com.

Safety and allergies

Miago is a guide, not a promise. We can't guarantee the safety, quality, cleanliness or allergy safety of any restaurant. If you or your child has an allergy, always talk to the restaurant directly. Please watch your children at all times.

Limits of responsibility

Miago is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Miago is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the app or from a visit to a restaurant listed in it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or misuse the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will tell you in the app. Using Miago after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
